Back in the 80’s while watching the Back to the Future series, many of us shared the grand vision of the future portrayed by these lovable films. Surely the leaping and bounding we’d seen in science and technology would continue to propel us into a wonderful future filled with fantastic innovations. One thought that never crossed my mind, and probably not yours either, is that we would still be seeing gender issues in the workplace.
